Who we are

What personal data we collect

• Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter (such as name, email address, company, role, message, and optional fields like timeline or engagement preferences). This is stored in our systems so we can read and respond to your enquiry.
• Email. If you email us directly, we process the address and content of your message.
• Website usage. We may use analytics tools (for example Google Analytics and/or Plausible Analytics, depending on configuration) that collect technical and usage data such as approximate location, device/browser type, pages viewed, and events. Some tools use cookies or similar technologies.
• Authentication. If you have an account on this site (e.g. for administration), we process account data required to operate that service.

How we use contact form data

Submissions through the contact form are stored in a database on servers used to run this website. They are used to evaluate your enquiry, reply to you, and, if relevant, prepare or perform consulting or advisory work. Access is limited to authenticated administrators of the site. We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making about you.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests in operating the website, responding to enquiries, and understanding how the site is used (balanced against your rights), and where applicable on steps prior to entering into a contract when you request information about services.
